Above the clouds in the Jiangxi and Foshan Regions, thousands of people in China claimed to have seen a mysterious and menacing city floating in the sky.

The Mysterious 'City'

 Scientists believe that the city is just an optical illusion known as Fata Morgana, this is caused when light passes through at different temperatures to cause a mirage.

However, this hasn't stopped conspiracy theorists suggesting wild alternatives such as the city being a parallel universe or a message from an alien race.

 

A youtube channel called 'Paranormal Cruibicle' have their own alternative of believing it is the work of NASA carrying out tests on Project Blue Team. This is a popular conspiracy theory which claims the space agency is planning to simulate an alien invasion or the second coming of Christ through holograms.

What Do I Think About This Article?

I think this article about the mysterious city would leave the reader with many questions in their mind of what people in China witnessed. Some people may believe that the sighting of the city is real but they may not believe it is a message from the alien race as that is what is said in the title. This is because in the article, different alternatives are also given.
